Paid £60 for a custom to never receive willing to take the negative review away if she sorts it if not then 1 star and had to report her a few times

Never like to leave bad reviews and would delete if we can find a resolution but I was suppose to recieve an order between a specfic timeframe and recieved nothing after the intial order was delayed and intial refund request was denied the promise was not met. Gave the benefit of the doubt before ordering...
