Placed an order and we discussed in great lengths multiple times what he was expecting and what his boundaries were. After the item was about to be sent, he changed his mind. After I said it was too late as I was at the lockers sending it, he demanded a refund or exchange even though he had received pictures and details before the item was packaged and he was happy with it. I am very upset for trusting him.
