Third time in a couple of days I’ve been told a physical order would be sent only to have to follow up myself and out it wasn’t sent on agreed date. It only takes a few seconds to send a quick update to your buyers spending money with you, especially if you’re active all day 🤷 feels like being kind and patient doesn’t get you anywhere lately. I guess priorities skewed toward visibility rather than service.
